These Terms of Service apply to purchases made from Medina Automotive Design and use of medinaautomotivedesign.com.

By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Products

We aim to provide accurate descriptions, photographs, fitment information and specifications for our products. Minor variations in colour, texture and appearance may occur due to manufacturing processes, material batches, lighting and display settings.

Customers are responsible for confirming that a product is suitable for their vehicle and intended application before installation.

Vehicle modification, roadworthiness and registration requirements vary between jurisdictions. Customers are responsible for ensuring that any modification complies with the laws and regulations applicable to their vehicle and location.

Orders

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance of that order. We may cancel or refuse an order where necessary, including where a product is unavailable, pricing or product information is incorrect, payment cannot be processed, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the amount paid for the cancelled order will be refunded.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website. Any applicable shipping charges are displayed during checkout.

International customers may also be responsible for customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by their destination country unless those charges are stated as included at checkout.

Shipping and delivery

Orders are shipped from Australia. Shipping times vary depending on destination, carrier and customs processing.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Unless otherwise stated, content on this website, including product designs, photographs, graphics, text and branding, is owned by or licensed to Medina Automotive Design and must not be reproduced or commercially used without permission.
